In the conditions of the Republic of Belarus there was analyzed the influence of a degree of hydromorphic features, methods and techniques of the main soil tillage on content of Cs137 in sod-podzolic sandy loam soil. In sod-podzolic sandy loams with the density of contamination by 137Cs of 13-15 Ci/km2, the content of forms available for plants (water-soluble, exchangeable, mobile) made up an average 9-11%, of non-available (non-exchangeable, fixed) – 89-91%. Research results established that an increase in the degree of hydromorphism of sod-podzolic sandy loam led to the increased in the content of available forms of nuclide in the upper layer of soil. Non-moldboard chisel and minimal cultivation of soil helped to reduce the amount of 137Cs compounds available in soil by 3-4%.
