In the conditions of the Republic of Belarus there was studied the regeneration ability and adaptation conditions of red raspberry (Rubus idaeus) cultivated on peat substrates with irrigation use. Also, there were analyzed peculiar traits of morphological development of adapted raspberry plants. Various regeneration abilities of red raspberry varieties were marked. Variety Balsam was characterized by a high coefficient of propagation and by a number of survived plantlets in vitro culture (87% of viable plantlets). Variety Babye Leto-2 had the lowest coefficient of propagation - 2.3 microcuttings per 1 plantlet with 76% of plantlets yield; high regeneration ability for this variety was noted in winter period. In according with acceleration of microshoots of raspberry variety Babye Leto-2 there were obtained high results: number of established shoots was 90%. F or Alyonushka and Balsam the mentioned above index was 78-80%. Establishment of red raspberry plantlets during the process of adaptation was 84% for Balsam cultivar, 86% - for Alyonushka and 84% - for the remontant variety Babye Leto-2.
