In the conditions of the Republic of Belarus there was presented a calculation of an optimal machine and tractor stock of an agricultural servicing organization on the basis of improved economic and mathematical model. During the realization of optimization it was necessary to take into account the technical equipment with different amortization resources. As a result of the study there was suggested an efficient mechanism of agricultural machinery renewal. The presented economic and mathematical model of optimization and repurchasing of machinery and tractor stock can be applied both at agricultural servicing organizations and agricultural commodity producer, as well as for the substantiation of parameters of secondary market of machinery. In the presented model there were considered the technical means with different amortizationresource or without it; there was improved the method of substantiation of machinery purchasing; there were taken into consideration such financial sources as proprietory sinking fund to replace equipment, credit and finances obtained after selling second-hand machinery.
