Влияние удобрений на показатели качества зерна озимого тритикале на дерново-подзолистых легкосуглинистой и рыхлосупесчаной почвах

In the conditions of the Republic of Belarus there was determined the influence of organic and mineral fertilizers on quality content of winter triticale (Triticosecale) grain in course of cultivation on sod-podzolic light loamy and light sandy-loam soils. As a result of the research it was realized that cultivation of winter triticale on sod-podzolic light sandy-loam soil without fertilizers has provided gathering on the average 46.2 c/ha of fodder units, protein - 298 kg/ha, fodder-protein units - 41 c/ha at providing of 1 fodder unit with 64 g of digestible protein; on light loamy soil accordingly 57.4 c/ha, 370 kg/ha, 50.9 c/ha at the same providing of 1 fodder unit with digestible protein. The maximum winter triticale efficiency with the best quality rating of grain is received in a variant with full mineral fertilizer on a background of aftereffect of 60 t/ha of manure: on light sandy-loam soil gathering of fodder units in the given variant has made 86.7 c/ha, gathering of protein - 621 kg/ha, fodder-protein units – 81.0 c/ha at providing of 1 fodder unit with 72g of digestible protein. On light loamy soil the given values were at level of 95.0 c/ha, 701 kg/ha and 89.6 c/ha accordingly at providing of 1 fodder unit with 74 g digestible protein. The content of critical and irreplaceable amino acids in grain of winter triticale, cultivated on sod-podzolic light loamy soil was on the average by variants on 20% above, than on light sandy-loam soil. Application of mineral fertilizers on a background without manure did not promote improvement of amino acid structure of grain both on light sandy-loam, and on light loamy soils. Increase of the content of investigated amino acids in grain of winter triticale is noted at entering of mineral fertilizers only on a background of manure aftereffect.
