In the conditions of the Republic of Belarus there were analyzed data of solubility, sterility, biological activity and stability of a new national live dry vaccine on the basis national 'KMIEhV-21' strain against avian infectious laryngotracheitis. In course of the study there were presented the results of determination of virus in the infected embryos; results of monthly determination virus titre in the laboratory sample of vaccine (log 10). Research results showed that the laboratory sample of a live dry vaccine for the prevention of avian infectious laryngotracheitis was represented as a homogeneous ready soluble dry porous mass in the form of a pill (colour from light yellow up to light brown). Moisture content ratio of the laboratory sample in the conditions of monthly research in course of 6 months was within the limits of 2.5-2.6%, the sample remain sterile. The biological activity (virus titer) of the laboratory sample of live dry vaccine was 6.0 lg TCD50 m3 and remained on the same level in course of the whole period of studies.
