Отработка параметров культивирования штамма КМИЭВ-21 вируса инфекционного ларинготрахеита птиц на SPF РЭК

In the conditions of the Republic of Belarus there was realized a determination of the most optimal method of introduction of infection with Specific pathogen free (SPF) of reticuloendothelial cells and elaboration of parameters of virus cultivation during the production of live dry vaccine for the preventive treatment of avian infectious laryngotracheitis virus on the basis of a national attenuated strain. Research results showed that SPF of reticuloendothelial cells on chorioallantoic membrane in the sphere of air cell chamber proved to be the most optimal and least labor-consuming for the production of hatching of avian infectious laryngotracheitis virus of Kmiev-21 strain. The most expressed and typical changes for avian infectious laryngotracheitis were observed n course of infection introduction with Kmiev-21 strain of avian infectious laryngotracheitis virus of 11-day old SPF of reticuloendothelial cells and their incubation in course of 120 hours.
