Effect of selenium yeast on tissue selenium content and anti-oxidation function of fatty-liver geese | 酵母硒对肥肝鹅组织中硒含量及机体抗氧化功能的影响

صينى. 为研究添加不同水平酵母硒对肥肝鹅组织中硒沉积、机体抗氧化功能以及产肝性能的影响,选取13周龄体重相近的朗德鹅100只,随机分为4组,每组5个重复,每个重复5只。其中,第1组为对照组,第2、3、4组为试验组,在日粮中分别添加0.00,0.05,0.15,0.25mg・kg. 1酵母硒,填饲期35d,试验结束后测定各试验组组织中的硒含量、血液与肝脏的抗氧化指标以及产肝性能。试验结果表明:0.25mg・kg. 1添加组肝脏和肌肉中硒的沉积量分别达0.56mg・kg. 1和0.53mg・kg. 1,显著高于0.15mg・kg. 1添加组(p〈0.05),极显著高于0.05mg・kg. 1添加组和对照组(p〈0.01),组织中硒的含量随添加量的提高呈梯度增加趋势:各试验组血清和肝脏T-AOC,T-SOD和GSH―Px活性均显著高于或极显著高于对照组,血清和肝脏中MDA和H2O2含量均显著低于对照组:各试验组平均肝重均高于对照组,且当添加0.15mg・kg. 1酵母硒时差异显著(p〈0.05)。研究表明,肥肝鹅体内硒的沉积量与添加量成正相关;酵母硒能够提高肥肝鹅的抗氧化功能,降低肥肝鹅填饲期间体内的自由基含量,提高肥肝鹅填饲期的抗逆性,提高肥肝鹅产肝性能.[著者文摘]

To explore the effect of different addition level of selenium yeast on tissue content, anti-oxidation function and fatty- liver production of fatty-liver geese, one hundred 13-week-old fatty-liver geese were selected and divided into four groups randomly, with five replicates per group and five in each replicate. The first group was control group and the second, third, fourth group were trail group. The addition level of selenium yeast in the diet was 0.0, 0.05, 0.15, 0.25mg.kg-1 respectively. The trial lasted 35 days and when the trial was ended, the tissue selenium content,anti-oxidation indicators and fatty-liver production were measured. The result showed that the liver and muscle selenium content of the 0.25mg・kg. 1 group was 0.56mg・kg. 1 and 0.53 mg・kg. 1,higher than the 0.15mg・kg. 1 group (p〈0.05) and significantly higher than the 0.05mg・kg. 1 addition level group and control group (p〈0.01). The selenium content in liver and muscle improved with the addition level increased, the activity of T- AOC, T-SOD and GSH-Px in serum and liver were higher than the control group. The content of MDA and H2O2 were lower or significantly lower than the control group; The average fatty-liver weight of the trial group was higher than that of the control group,and when added 0.15mg・kg. 1 selenium yeast in the diet the fatty-liver weight was significantly higher than the control group (p 〈0.05 ).The tissue selenium content in the fatty-liver geese was positively correlated with the addition level. Selenium could reduce the accumulation of free radical during feeding period, improve the anti-oxidition function and the resistance of fatty-liver geese.
