صينى. 探讨平衡施肥对线辣椒产量、果实品质及养分累积的影响,为线辣椒的优质生产提供理论依据。在宝鸡凤翔连续2年(2007~2008年)进行大田试验,共设NPK、PK、NK、NP及不施肥(对照)5个处理,研究平衡施肥技术体系对线辣椒产量、品质和养分累积的影响。平衡施肥(NPK处理)可使线辣椒产量最高达22 001 kg/hm2,纯收益18 830元/hm2;每施入1 kg N、1 kg P2O5和1 kg K2O,线辣椒产量分别增加11, 10和17 kg。与NPK处理相比,PK处理使辣椒果实硝态氮与维生素C含量分别降低2.3和223 mg/kg,差异显著;NK处理使辣椒果实维生素C含量降低51 mg/kg;NP处理使辣椒果实的硝态氮含量提高9.6 mg/kg,维生素C含量下降279 mg/kg。每形成100 kg 经济产量吸收的养分量为:N 1.87 kg,P2O5 0.42 kg,K2O 1.42 kg。NPK处理的线辣椒中N、P、K累积量均最高,分别为410,93和311 kg/hm2。推荐当地线辣椒N、P、K施用量分别为262,155,213.6 kg/hm2,适宜的m(N)∶m(P2O5)∶m(K2O)为1∶0.59∶0.82。氮磷钾肥平衡施用才能保证线辣椒产量高、品质好、效益佳。

The research is to study the effect of balanced fertilization on line pepper yield, quality and nutrient accumulation in order to provide a theoretical foundation for high quality-line pepper. A field experiment was carried out in Fengxiang from 2007C2008, and effects of different fertilizing treatments on line pepper yield, quality and nutrient accumulation were studied. The experiment included five fertilizing treatments: NPK, PK, NK, NP and CK. Each treatment was replicated three times. The results indicated that line pepper yield could reach up to 22 001 kg/hm2 by using balanced fertilization techniques.1 kg N, P2O5, K2O could increase the line pepper yield by 11, 10, and 17 kg, respectively. NO-3-N and vitamin C content of PK decreased by 2.3 and 223 mg/kg. Vitamin C content of NK was lower than NPK, decreased by 51 mg/kg. NO-3-N content of NP increased by 9.6 mg/kg, while vitamin C content decreased by 279 mg/kg. To attain 100 kg economic yield, plant should absorb nutrient: N 1.87 kg, P2O5 0.42 kg, K2O 1.42 kg. Nutrients accumulation in NPK treatment was the highest, N 410 kg/hm2, P2O5 93 kg/hm2, K2O 311 kg/hm2. The optimum ratio of m(N)∶m(P)∶m(K2O) is 1∶0.59∶0.82, and the suitable application amount of N, P2O5, K2O is 262, 155, 213.6 kg/hm2, respectively. Only the balanced application of N, P and K can have the best -line pepper-yield, quality and benefit.
