Effects of saline stress on seed germination and seedlings properties of three types’rapeseeds | 盐胁迫对3大类型油菜种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响

صينى. 了解白菜型、甘蓝型和芥菜型油菜的耐盐性，为油菜耐盐性育种提供参考。分别用5种质量浓度（0.75，1.7，2.7，3.7，5.0 g/L）的NaCl溶液，对上述3大类型油菜的30份种子材料（每个类型10份）处理后进行发芽比较试验。应用砂培法培养经过3.7 g/L NaCl溶液处理的3大类型油菜幼苗，观测盐胁迫对幼苗生长的影响。种子发芽率随着NaCl质量浓度的升高而降低，白菜型油菜的种子萌发率最高，甘蓝型油菜次之，芥菜型油菜最差。甘蓝型油菜的苗长、根长、鲜质量、叶绿素含量均大于白菜型和芥菜型油菜，但是在苗长、鲜质量、叶绿素含量上甘蓝型油菜受盐胁迫程度最大，其耐盐性较白菜型油菜和芥菜型油菜差。比较发现，1021、821、X6-W94分别在白菜型油菜、甘蓝型油菜、芥菜型油菜中耐盐性最好。白菜型油菜1021、甘蓝型油菜821和芥菜型油菜X6-W94是耐盐性较好的材料，可用于油菜的耐盐性育种及耐盐分子机理研究。

إنجليزي. The study was conducted to understand the salt tolerance of Brassica rapa, Brassica napus and Brassica juncea, which will provide a reference for the rape salt tolerance breeding. Thirty cultivars belonging to three varieties of rapeseeds (10 copies of each type) were treated with 5 concentrations (0.75, 1.7, 2.7, 3.7, 5 g/L）of NaCl in seed germinating. The seedlings treated with 3.7 g/L NaCl were cultivated in sand culture, and the effects of saline stress on seedlings properties were observed. The germination rate of seeds decreased with increasing concentration of NaCl. The seed germination rate of Brassica rapa was the best, followed by Brassica napus, Brassica juncea was the worst. B. napus was better in growth than B. rapa and B. juncea in the seedling length, root length, fresh weight, and chlorophyll content, but the effects of saline stress of B. napus were the greatest on the seedling length, fresh weight, and chlorophyll content. Its salt tolerance was worse than B. rapa and B. juncea.1021, 821 and X6-W94 had the best salt tolerance in B. rapa, B. napus and B. juncea, respectively through comparison. The material 1021 belonging to B. rapa, the material 821 from B. napus and the B. juncea material X6-W94 are better salt tolerance materials, which could be used in the salt tolerance breeding and molecular mechanism.
