صينى. [目的]测定黔东南苗族侗族自治州原生态丹寨精硒米中微量元素铁和镍的含量。[方法]采用正交试验优化仪器最佳工作条件,湿法消解硒米样品,火焰原子吸收光谱法(FAAS) 测定微量元素铁和镍。[结果]原生态丹寨精硒米中微量元素铁和镍的含量分别为8.00和0.50 mg/kg。[结论]该研究方法操作简便,灵敏度高,检出限低。

[Objective]The research aimed to determine the content of trace elements iron and nickel in original ecological polished selenium rice of Danzhai in the Autonomous Prefecture of Miao and Dong Minority of Southeast Guizhou. [Method] The optimum working conditions were optimized through orthogonal experiment. Samples were digested by wet method and the content of trace element iron and nickel was determined by using flame atomic absorption spectrometry (FAAS). [Result] The content of trace elements iron and nickel in original ecological polished selenium rice of Danzhai was 8.00 and 0.50 mg/kg respectively. [Conclusion]The method has simple operation, high sensitivity and lower detection limit. _
