صينى. [目的]探讨球根花卉抗寒生理指标和抗寒性的关系。[方法]以5种球根花卉叶片为试验材料,测定随气温变化,其含水量、相对电导率、可溶性蛋白质的变化与抗寒性的关系。[结果]5种球根花卉叶片含水量和温度呈正比例关系;相对电导率和温度呈反比例关系,抗寒性弱的品种叶片含水量高,相对电导率高;可溶性蛋白含量和短时的降温相关不密切,受开花期的影响。 [结论]叶片含水量和相对电导率可以初步测定球根花卉的抗寒性,可溶性蛋白含量不宜单独用作球根花卉抗寒性的鉴定指标。_

[Method]With the leaves of 5 flower bulbs as the test materials, the relationship of its water content, relative conductivity, soluble protein content with its cold resistance were examined with the change of temperature. [Result]Water content was positively correlated with temperature change in 5 flower bulbs while relative conductivity was negatively correlated with temperature. The varieties with poor cold resistance showed high water content and relative conductivity. The content of soluble protein was affected by florescence of flower bulbs while had no close correlation with short-time cooling. [Conclusion]The water content and relative conductivity of leaves could be used for the preliminary determination of the cold tolerance of flower bulbs, while the soluble protein content was not suitable to be used as an appraisal index independently for the cold resistance of flower bulbs. _
