Nowadays, one of the main problems of agri-food sector is the major environmental impacts of agricultural sub-products and industrial waste, One of the most interesting solutions for recycling, is its transformation into animal feed, as long as it accompanies a shift in conservation and quality materials, This study aims to evaluate the influence of technology in micro manufacturing products based on the technological quality of milk and weight of lactating Manchega sheep, For the experimental design there were 3 groups of 25 animals each (batch control, batch 1 and batch 2 respectively). Batch 1 and 2 were given food that we wanted to evaluate, microsilages with and without inoculum respectively for 9 weeks of study, According to the results of dairy quality, the use of corn microsilages products are satisfactory for feeding lactating sheep, obtaining improvements in technological quality of milk.
