Preliminary study of superior rapeseed lines yield.

This experiment was conducted for Preliminary test of adaptability and yield of superior new rapeseed lines in cold and mild cold regions, in Agricultural and Natural Resources Research Center of Hamedan during 2006-2007. 18 new F4 lines in comparision with 6 rapeseed cultivars were studied in a Randomized Complete Block Design with three replications. During the growth seasons, some improtant traits such as length of flowering and growth duration, plant height and yield components and in harvest time, seed yield and seed oil content were measured. 3 new lines (6, 9 and 14) had the highest seed yield mean, but there were not significant diferences with check cultivar (Okapi). Lines No. 4 and 2 were the early mature genotypes .
