In this experiment, plantlets of Agria cultivar grown under in vitro condition by using of MS culture with photoperiod as amount of 16 hours light and 8 hours darkness with nearly 5000 luxs light intensity in 22±2 °C temperature. Plantlets of Agria cultivar transferred to the greenhouse in four stage of plantlets age (after 20, 30, 40 and 50 day) and were planted in pots with Biolan peat mass on based of RCBD experimental design in four replication during 2007 and 2008. During growth period in greenhouse, the traits such as main stem number and plant height, and the mini-tubers harvested after two months and were measured the attributes such as number and average weight of mini-tuber per plant, mini-tuber size and uniformity per plantlets. Analysis of complete variance showed that differences between years on mini-tuber number, weight and average weight per plant and main stem number were significant. We resulted that were significant the differences between plantlet ages on mini-tuber number, weight and average weight per plant and main stem number, between plantlet ages and years on mini-tuber number and weight per plant, too. The plantlets age with 20 and 30 day, in both years had the maximum mini-tuber number and weight per plant and average weight per plant.
