As the SWAT model was developed within the USA, it considered the characteristics of American topographic features. Unlike American topographic features, the Asian area, such as Korea, has different topographic features, such as the most steep slop areas, many small agricultural fields, etc. US topographic features, on the other hand, have lots of gentle slope areas and huge agricultural fields. That is why the SWAT model cannot estimate the sediment in each parcel of an agricultural field.
