إنجليزي. Investigations and obtained results give information on the development of palaeovegetation in the North Eastern area of ancient Lake Burtnieks at the site of Pantene. During the study, literature about Lake Burtnieks, cartographic materials and internet resources were reviewed, field work methods were developed, and corings, sounding, visual estimation of the deposits, and sampling were carried out. In the Quaternary Environment Laboratory, pollen and plant macroremain analysis was carried out. Computer programmes TILIA and TGView were used to visualize data and draw diagrams.

Veiktie pētījumi un iegūtie rezultāti sniedz informāciju par paleoveģetācijas attīstību Burtnieka senezerā un tā apkārtnē Pantenes apkaimē akmens laikmeta cilvēku apmetņu Braukšas I un Braukšas II tiešā tuvumā. Secināts, ka nogulumi sākuši uzkrāties vēlā driasa laikā un cilvēki šo teritoriju sākuši apdzīvot jau mezolītā, par ko liecina tādi antropogēnie indikatori kā Plantago major/media, Polygonum aviculare, Rumex acetosa/acetosella, Urtica, Chenopodiaceae putekšņi, kā arī Trapa natans un Corylus avellana pārogļotu riekstu čaulu atliekas. Kaut arī starp urbumiem ir nelieli attālumi, veģetācija katrā vietā attīstījusies dažādi. Visvairāk līdzības lokālajās putekšņu zonās saskatāmas urbuma Pantene/Braukšas I-2006 un Rūjas purva diagrammās. Savukārt urbumā Ceriņi-2007 iegūtie dati ir atšķirīgi, kas varētu būt izskaidrojams ar cilvēka intensīvu darbību urbuma vietas apkārtnē.
