In order to investigate the productive reproductive performance of Kundhi buffalo, the study was carried out during the year 2005 to analyze records available at Development and Research Farm for Kundhi Buffaloes, Rohri. Lactation milk yield ranged between 1379.71 to 1762.04 litres, averaging at 1614.21 plus minus 247.24 litres. The average lactation milk yield was significantly (P less than 0.01) higher (1849.00 plus minus 321.60 and 1845.80 plus minus 315.335 litres) in third and fourth lactation, while it showed decreasing trend with average milk yield of 1700.66 plus minus 289.30 and 1620.41 plus minus 189.45 litres in the fifth and sixth lactation, respectively.
