Degree of soil acidity and the content of available forms of zinc and copper as an effect of 35-year nitrogen and potassium fertilization
2010
Murawska, B. | Spychaj-Fabisiak, E.
The 35-year application of high nitrogen and potassium doses and fodder-industrial crop rotation resulted in an after effect, namely a change in the soil reaction from slightly acid to the category of acid and very acid soils. The average highest values of the parameters were observed after the application of nitrogen at the dose 250 kg N/haE-1/yearE-1 irrespective of the potassium dose. Following the use of potassium, on the other hand, irrespective of the nitrogen dose, the highest contents were reported after the application of potassium at the dose of 105 kg K/haE-1/yearE-1 (Hh), 53kgK/haE-1/yearE-1 (Zn) and for the treatment where no potassium was involved (Cu)
