The critical analysis of the agrarian legislative in the Yugoslav state between the two World Wars is conducted in the thesis. The author also considered the political circumstances that influenced solving the agrarian issue. The practical implementation of the agrarian reform in the territory falling under jurisdiction of the Appellate Court in Novi Sad is described in the thesis by using the relevant materials from archives.
