The three year field trial (2004-2006) was carried out in the experimental fields of the Institute of Field and Vegetable Crps, Institute of Hop, Sorghum and Medicinal Plants in Bački Petrovac (Serbia). The effect of the following parameters were observed: cultivars (2), inoculation (with and without) and nitrogen fertilizing (0-90 kg N/ha) on the yield components, yield and seed quality, amino acids content, as well as on distribution and activity of microorganisms in the soil at the stage of flowering and maturation. The correlation dependence was determined among all studied traits.
