Sulfate coniferous pulp produced in pulp factory after production, washing, screening and separation reaches the refining stage of 12-14 deg SR. Such prepared pulp fiber is transferred to plants for paper production. Further preparation and treatment of pulp fiber is very important segment in the production of any type of paper, and especially upon the production of clupac paper for production of sacks. In order to produce good quality paper from the mentioned pulp the same one has to be treated additionally (thickening, refining, screening, and chemical treatment). Herein presented will be the way how with suitable refining of pulp fiber reached can be excellent results of produced paper, and at the same time energy saving.
