Vegetable production is more demanding than other agricultural production, because the realizations of several harvestes per year are needed land 3-10 richer nutrients. Lacks of plant nutrients to the lack of water in the soil are limiting factors of vegetable production, and hence an important role in the nutrition of plants takes control of soil fertility. The main objective of food plants to provide enough plants mineral elements: nitrogen (N), phosphorus (P), potassium (K), calcium (Ca), magnesium (Mg) and microelements: iron (Fe), manganese (Mn), zinc (Zn), copper (Cu), molybdenium (Mo), boron (B). Just a good supply of oxygen, carbon dioxide and water conditions for successful growth and development of vegetable crops, will create enough nutrients during the whole growing season.
