Content of nutrients in milk varies depending on milk origin, ways of production, breeding and feeding of cows. On the basis of that, the quality of milk from organic way of production and on milk from conventional production was performed. Research was done on two farms with different ways of production and they both are in Republic of Srpska. In the analysis of milk it was examined the chemical content, physical-chemical characteristics of milk, hygienic and microbiological quality of milk. In the frame of research there were calculated statistical important differences between top stated parameter and on the basis of that conclusions about quality of milk from different way of production are adopted.
