Government and dairy producers around the world have agreed that milk should be produced in a way that would ensure a safe and high quality product for human use. Therefore, the safety of milk has become an integral part of the production process from farm to fork. Consumers are increasingly becoming concerned about the safety of milk and dairy products during the past few years, due to incidents that occured throughout the world. Total global supply chains are lacking appropriate control mechanisms. So, producers and traders need to invest more effort to address deficiencies in their supply lines for milk and dairy products. Therefore, the standards and custom controls and security insurance schemes are proposed in the production of milk. The farm cows information are essential elements of security in an integrated system of quality of milk and dairy products.Biological agents pose the greatest risk to public health. Zoonotic pathogens can be transferred directly from milk and spread by direct contact and from contaminated environment and organic waste from farms. The new approach to solving this problem is biosecurity on farms. Newer methods are now being used, such as HACCP and risk analysis. Concern about the health of milk cows, the benefits, conditions of keeping, medical care, immunization and nutrition, include regular veterinary check-ups on farms once, twice monthly, or weekly.
