In this research results of the application of mineral adsorbent in diet in chickens, are presented. Objective of the research was to determine do mineral adsorbents Minazel and Minazel Plus, added into feed mixtures for chickens, have impact on the yield and share specific poultry meat categories. Since the yield of carcasses, as well as the yield and share of specific categories of meat in processed carcasses are important factors of the quality, the effect of diet on mentioned properties was monitored.
