Although a large number of products obtained from genetically modified (GM) plants already on the market included in the food chain, in professional circles there is great disagreement about the environmental, health and socio-economic consequences of the use of GM food. Therefore, it is necessary with particular attention to analyze the risks of GM food. Risk analysis consists of three steps: risk assessment, risk management and communication of risk.
