This article is dedicated to research of legislation which resolves visual pollution problems in the Republic of Serbia. The visual pollution is conceptually defined. The existing legal regulations is analyzed. The possible legal solutions for the implementation of visual pollution in Law system of the Republic of Serbia are proposed.
