As in developed states, if we are talking about biodiversity protection, often is present opinion that such function is completely in the competency of ministry for environmental protection, or as the name of such ministry in Serbia is: Ministry for Environmental Protection and Space Planning. Such opinion automatically produces the repercussion: Overlooking the facts that in biodiversity protection operate many departments not only from environmental ministry. Of course, eagerly formed communal police-courts have a part of such duties, but not to big, bigger is from various departments and their inspectorates, located in numerous ministries.
