Cultures of 3 types of Trichogramma have been isolated in forest and garden biocoenoses form eggs of cabbage moth (Mamestra hrassicae L.). Host eggs were given to infest by Trichogramma for 24 h at a temperature of 20-22 degrees. С air humidity 70-75%. The infested eggs we kept in full dark at temperatures of 7, 8 и 10 degrees. С, under continuous light at a temperature of 15 degrees. С and in conditions of 16-hour photoperiod at temperatures of 20 и 25 degrees. С. The offspring from parents kept at temperatures of 20 и 25 degrees С photoperiods of 10 and 16 h were studied. The greatest quantity of diapausing prepupae (83.7-99.3%) of the northern populations of Trichogramma aurosum Sug. et Sor., T. ingricum Sor. and T. sibiricum Sor. was observed in a temperature range of 8-10 deg C. The influence of photothermal conditions of parental generation development on the diapause of descendants was revealed only for T. sibiricum. Descendants from parents developed at 25 deg had the number of diapausing prepupae at temperatures 7, 8, 10 and 15 deg higher in short-day lines, than in long-day ones (p0.001). Descendants from parents developed at 20 deg enhanced their diapause rate at temperatures 7, 8 and 10 deg irrespective of photoperiodic conditions of the parental generation development. Nevertheless, the tendency to diapause was weakened at 15 deg, and the parental influence on the descendant diapause was found in only short-day lines.
