Yield trials for study of suitable cassava varieties for cultivated conditions of Kanchanaburi Chachoengsao Phetchabun and Lop-Buri Province and recommended to farmer in each area by using 4 recommended cassava cultivars namely, Kasetsart 50 (KU 50) Huay Bong 60 (HB 60) Huay Bong 80 and Rayong 9 (R9). This research was conducted by using the Randomized Complete Block Designs (RCB) with 3 replications, 4 experiments in early rainy season (July, 2008). The results revealed that Huay Bong 60 gave mean higher fresh root yield (6,689 Kilogram per rai), Kasetsart 50 gave mean higher fresh stem yield (3,357 Kilogram per rai), Rayong 9 gave mean higher number of root and root starch content (14,153 numbers per rai and 26.3 percentages, respectively) and Huay Bong 80 gave fresh root yield fresh stem yield number of root and root starch content in standard.
