Researches on the detection of several insecticide residues in lemons which are market in Bursa | Bursa'da pazardan alınan limonlarda bazı insektisit kalıntılarının saptanması üzerine araştırmalar

In this study, 36 lemon samples bought from market places and stores in Bursa were investigated to determine 100 active substances of insecticide which are belong to the groups of organochlorine, organophosphorus, synthetic pyrethroid and other pesticides during the period of six months from September 2007 to February 2008 including. The samples were extracted by Quechers multi residue method and analyzed by gas chromatograps with ECD, NPD and FPD. In addition, Pesticide residues detected were confirmed by Gas Chormatography Mass Spectrometry.

Bu çalısmada 2007 yılı Eylül ayından baslayarak 2008 yılı Subat ayı da dahil olmak üzere 6 aylık sürede Bursa ilinde Pazar ve marketlerden alınan 36 adet limon örneginde organik klorlu, organik fosforlu, sentetik piretriot ve diger gruplara dahil 100 adet insektisitin kalıntısı incelenmistir. Örneklerin ekstraksiyon islemi Quechers çoklu kalıntı analiz yöntemi ile yapılmıs ve gaz kromatografisinde ECD, NPD, FPD dedektörler ile analiz edilmislerdir. Tespit edilen pestisit kalıntıları gaz kromatografisi kütle spektrometresi ile dogrulanmıstır.
