إنجليزي. In the present study, the effects of mycorrhizae against the soil borne diseases and plant growth on strawberry and pepper were conducted. However Fusarium spp., Colletotrichum spp. and V. dahliae isolates were not found it pathogenicity studies. Therefore, in the study mycorrhizae-pathogen relationship in strawberry and plant growth in pepper were evaluated. Two isolates of R. solani isolated from Xanthium strumarium (Rsx) and strawberry (Rsç) were used.

Bu çalısma mikorhizal fungusların çilek ve biberde sorun olan toprak kökenli fungal etmenlere karsı kullanım olanakları ile bu bitkilerin gelisimine etkisini degerlendirmek amacıyla ele alınmıstır. Ancak patojenisite çalısmaları yapılan Fusarium spp, Colletotrichum spp. ve V. dahliae izolatları belirtilen bitkilerde hastalık olusturmamıstır. Bu nedenle çalısmada sadece çilekte mikoriza patojen iliskisi, biberde ise bitki gelisimine etkileri degerlendirilmistir.
