إنجليزي. This study was conducted to determine the effects of genotype, growing conditions of donor plants and different incubation temperatures on haploid plant regeneration from anthers of bread wheat ( Triticum aestivum L). In the study, anthers of three different cultivars (Seri 82, Genc 99, Balatilla) of bread wheat grown under field or greenhouse conditions were cultured on P2 medium at different culture temperatures (25 ºC, 27 ºC, 30 ºC, 32 ºC). In the experiment, percentage of anthers produced callus or embryoid, numbers of regenerated plants, green plants as well as albino plants per 100 anthers cultured were determined.

Ekmeklik buğday anter kültüründe genotip, donor bitki yetiştirme koşulları ve anter kültür sıcaklığının haploid bitki rejenerasyonu üzerine etkisini saptamak amacı ile yürütülen bu araştırmada, tarla veya sera koşullarında yetiştirilen üç farklı ekmeklik buğday genotipinden (Seri 82, Genç 99, Balatilla) alınan anterler P2 ortamında dört farklı sıcaklıkta (25 ºC, 27 ºC, 30 ºC, 32 ºC) kültür edilmiştir. Kültüre alınan anterlerde, reaksiyon gösteren anter oranı, 100 anter başına rejenere olan bitki sayısı, yeşil bitki sayısı ve albino bitki sayısı saptanmıştır.
