Grain is one of the most essential resources for the producing of the foodstuffs for human and animal nutrition. It composes more than 60% of total volume of agricultural production of many countries of the world. Volume of grain reserves and number of grain production per capita are the main indexes of international food security. Intensification of agricultural production level is the most important problem of the national grain-producing branch. Geological and climatic features of the soils of the republic of Belarus determine special approaches to agronomy. Trace elements balance and migration in sod-podzolic and peat soils force selective application of the fertilizers. A research of the influence of new types of potassium fertilizers Kalimin A and Kalimin B is carried out. The results of the field experiments with new forms of potassium fertilizers, containing micro-additives, are presented. Influence of the fertilizers on different cultivars (spring barley (Hordeum vulgare), spring wheat (Triticum aestivum) and winter triticale (Triticosecale)) is evaluated. It is established that potassium fertilizers with micro additives (zinc, copper, manganese) have a positive influence on growth and development of plants that increase the crop yields.
