In course of the field and laboratory research there were studied 20 spring triticale (Triticosecale) samples conducted to examine the relationship between biometric, morphological and physicochemical characters. The research was realized in the conditions of the Republic of Belarus on the experimental fields of the Scientific and Practical Center for Arable Farming of the National Academy of Sciences in 2008-2009. Efficiency of potential was estimated by results of the analysis of biometric parameters, its realization - on productivity and physical and chemical indicators. As a result of realized research pair and multiple correlation analysis have revealed the contribution of separate parameters and their aggregate to the formation of yield and resistance to pre -harvest sprouting. The impact of variety specificity and weather conditions on the value of such parameters as 'falling number' and 'number of grains germinated in the parent ear' has been assessed. The dynamics of falling number decrease by the time of harvest maturity and negative influence of pre-harvest sprouting on technological parameters of grain were shown. Spring triticale samples combining high productivity and relative resistance to pre-harvest sprouting have been isolated.
