Realized in the conditions of the Republic of Belarus research results showed that green manuring annual and perennial crops in combination with a complex mineral fertilizers against a background of manure effect and post effect while white cabbage (Brassica oleracea convar. capitata var. alba L.) and table beet (Beta vulgaris) growing made it possible to activate their natural rhizosphere microbic coenosis and facilitate agronomically valuable groups of microorganisms number increase in the rhizosphere of vegetable crops. It was stated that application of complex mineral fertilizers in doses N100-118P92-109K147-172 in combination with manure in dose 60 ton/ha for vegetable crops made it possible to activate the development of microorganisms of nitrogen group and increased their number in 1,7 times. In crop rotation conditions the number of phosphate mobilizing bacteria in rhizosphere of grown vegetable crops in case of incorporation for green manure of annual crops - increased in 2,8 times; perennial crops – in 1,5 times.
