Strongylatosis of gastro-intestinal tract of animals is one of the most important factors of invasive pathologies causing health deterioration and productivity decline of animals along with economic disadvantageousness of animal husbandry branch as a whole. Helminthes cause different pathologic processes in animal's organism making mechanical, toxic and allergic influence on organs and tissues. Immunity level declines also in consequence of action of helminthes. Anthelminthic, used for prophylaxis of the disease, often has immune-depressive properties. Therefore, a complex therapy, including both anthelminthic and immune-stimulants, should be carried out. The article deals with the data on the research of dynamics of some immunity and blood indices after deworming of animals against gastrointestinal nematodes. On the example of the domestic complex preparation 'Tetragelmintocid' the advantages of the simultaneous use of anti-parasitic preparation and immune-stimulants are shown. Comparative analysis of 3 groups of animals (control and cured with anthelminthic and immune-stimulants) is presented. Dynamics of activity of blood lymphocytes of cattle while being infected with strongylatosis and during application of anthelminthic is displayed. Content of immunoglobulins of A, M and G classes in cow's blood after de-helminthization is shown.
