In course of the research there was studied the flour moth Ephestia kuehniella Zell. (Anagasta kuehniella Zell.) in bread-baking plants and grain-processing enterprises of the Republic of Belarus. In world practice the alternative method of revealing of these pests with use of synthetic sexual pheromone was widely used. In Belarus development of a scheme of Ephestia kuehniella Zell. synthetic sexual pheromone synthesis was begun in 2004 in the Institute of Bioorganic Chemistry of National Academy of Sciences of Belarus. Pheromone monitoring of flour moth was realized in 2009-2010. For its realization there were used insect trap Atrakon-A, dispenser - rubber tube, a quantity of active ingredients -3 mg/dispenser with two active components. As a result of pheromone monitoring it was revealed that flour moth formed populations' density and the most attractive sexual pheromones with the rubber tube dispenser and optimum active component amount 3 mg/dispenser. The received material was substantiation for working out of pheromone application technology as protection frames of grain and grain processing production from stock pest. It was revealed, that the greatest attractiveness in relation to flour moth possessed the sexual pheromone samples of 2009 year synthesis 2 Arakhidin R (С20) and 3 Arakhidin R (С20).
