In the conditions of the Republic of Belarus in course of the research there was studied the influence of different fertilizer systems on change of humus quality indexes. The field experiments were realized in 2006-2011 on sod-podzolic soils of different texture in the agricultural production co-operative 'Shchemyslitsa' (Minsk district) and 'Suvorov Experimental Station' (Uzda district). As a result of realized research it was revealed that the most effective method providing behavior of humification processes in humic direction was application of organic and organic-mineral fertilizer system in combination with straw ploughing. Organic (8-12 t/ha of manure per year) and organo-mineral (8-12 t/ha of manure in a combination with N87P58K118) fertilizer systems, by means of increasing humic acid content in humus structure, also promoted its humate increase. In these variants in sod-podzolic light loamy soil the relation between C (humic acid) and С (fulvic acids) has increased till 0.76-0.83 against 0.71 in a variant without fertilizers; in sandy soil - till 0.73-0.79 against 0.69. In case of straw ploughing the indicators of fractional and group structure in sod-podzolic soil in variants with application of covering manure in a dose of 4 t/ha of crop rotation areas were equivalent to the indicators obtained on a background of application of 8 t/ha of organic fertilizers without use of collateral production. Straw ploughing on a background of organic and organo-mineral fertilizer systems provided shift in the process of humus formations into humate part, expanding a parity of humic acids to fulvic in light loamy soil to level 0.75-0.91, in sandy - till 0.73-0.87.
