In the conditions of the Republic of Belarus there were presented results of a study of a comparative effectiveness for fibre flax (Linum usitatissimum) of a mixture of a single mineral fertilizers and two trademarks of complex fertilizers containing in a single granule nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, trace elements (boron, zinc) and a plant growth regulator Phenomelan. The analysed two trademarks contained different ration of nutritive elements NPK 5:16:35 (for soils with low phosphorous content); 6:21:32 (for soils with average and heightened phosphorous content and low potassium content). Research results showed that the analyzed complex fertilizers of two brand marks rendered higher efficiency on yielding capacity of flax straw (69,8-76,0 centner/ha), flax rotted straw (48-61 centner/ha) in comparison with the mixture of a single solid mineral fertilizers – 65,7 and 52,6 centner/ha respectively. It was established that complex fertilizers were more economically efficient than a simple mixture of solid mineral fertilizers and ensured the profitability of flax rotted straw up to 95,8-111,7%.
