The major part of the equipment for dairy industry, beef and pork production in the Republic of Belarus is beyond amortization terms. Replacement of it is quite expensive; therefore new ways of production process reorganization are analyzed. Equipping of animal breeding complexes with special technical means, supplying production level increase, fuel and resource saving and providing production competitiveness, is suggested. Individual service of animals requires creation of transducers (sensors), taking off data from every animal. Nano-and microsystem equipment allow solving the problem of measurement of temperature, mass, blood content and motion activity of animals. Mathematical models development allows carrying out multivariant calculations of optimal reconstruction of the animal-breeding farms and complexes. An example of imitation model of pig feeding is presented. Average results of imitation modeling of determining of parameters of pig feeding are shown. Dependence of specific cost of forage per one unit of body-weight increase is analyzed.
