In the conditions of the Republic of Belarus there was presented an analytical analysis of pneumatic systems for grain crop sowing, as well as choice of the most rational ones. There were given results of experimental studies and production testing of sowing systems. Research results showed that the majority of modern seeders and sowing aggregates at present are equipped with pneumatic transport and seed distributors because of the fact that application of mechanical systems of sowing on aggregates with breadth of plow gang more than 4 meters led to their substantial complication and increasing of metal consumption. Compliance with the agrotechnical requirements on evenness of seeding material distribution at present moment can be realized by pneumatic sowing systems of group and individual dosing. Application of individual dosing systems proved to be inconvenient because of their low technological safety, structural complexity and high specific amount of metal per structure/ The most perspective direction of sowing aggregated development was the application sowing systems of group dosing with horizontal distribution of sowing material over arable fields.
