Development of animal husbandry and poultry farming creates a great problem of utilization of organic wastes from animal husbandry complexes. Agriculture provokes environment pollution. Total number of wastes, containing pathogenic microflora and helminthes, amounts 70 million tons per year. Modern methods of utilization and re-processing of animal husbandry wastes require resource saving, environment protection and crop yield increase. Therefore, anaerobic fermentation of biological wastes is one of the most efficient methods of wastes utilization. The most essential product of anaerobic bioconversion of organic wastes is fermented biomass - a high-quality organic fertilizer. Evaluation of changes of agrochemical indexes of substrates of animal husbandry wastes during anaerobic fermentation in biogas unit is made. Liquid swine excrements, solid fraction of swine discharges after separation and substrate based on biomass components after anaerobic fermentation in bioreactors are researched. Accessory raw material for biogas producing appears meat processing wastes, fat wash-off, liquid fodder wastes, bone scraps and more. Anaerobic fermentation of the wastes has been carried out in hermetic equipment at a temperature of 40 deg C with synchronistic intermixing and pumping of biogas. Agrochemical indexes of the wastes before and after anaerobic fermentation are presented. Content of biogenic elements and carbon in initial and fermented substrates is analyzed.
