In the conditions of the Republic of Belarus there were established anomalies taking place during the formation of male gametophyte of intergenetic and interspecific hybrids of seed and stone fruit plants (apple and pear hybrids), resulting to unequal distribution of genetic material among poles of division in meiocytes and to disturbance of chromosomal balance in cells of pollen. At the same time there is a formation of part normal pollen grains, allowing to this hybrids in the further selection work as a pollinators. There were marked abnormalities in meiotic and equational divisions which were revealed in inability of a group of chromosomes to conjugate with each other, to form univalents, trivalents and quadrivalents apart from bivalents, as well as in hysteresis and overlap of singular chromosomes in anaphase movement, formation of abnormal quartets and polyades. As a result of mentioned above meiotic abnormalties at the remote hybrids there was marked a low percentage of normally developed pollen grains, but combination in their one genome of valuable economic and biological traits of several species made it possible to use these hybrids as a valuable ones in the breeding process for the production of varieties with the heightened adaptive potential. Of all studied intercultivar hybrids as pollinators it was recommended to use form 29-103 and Asaloda variety.
