صينى. 研究α-干扰素(IFN-α)和γ-干扰素(IFN-γ)在怀孕前期(怀孕1~30 d)、中期(怀孕31~120 d)、后期(怀孕121~150 d)山羊腺垂体中的分布及表达量的变化特点。以怀孕前、中、后期的山羊为试验动物,放血致死后采取其腺垂体制备切片,采用免疫组织化学SP法分别对怀孕前、中、后期山羊腺垂体内IFN-α、IFN-γ阳性细胞的分布及表达变化进行研究。2 种干扰素阳性物质主要分布于腺垂体嗜酸性细胞、嗜碱性细胞和嫌色细胞中。不同怀孕期,IFN-α 和IFN-γ 的分布存在明显差异,前期和后期表达量较高,中期明显降低;在前、中、后各个怀孕时期,IFN-α的相对表达量均比IFN-γ多,在后期更为明显。IFN-α和IFN-γ在山羊腺垂体中的表达量因怀孕时期的不同而存在明显差异,其可能在不同怀孕时期发挥作用或相互协同调节垂体激素的合成与分泌,参与动物生殖的调节。
اظهر المزيد [+] اقل [-]إنجليزي. The research was made to study the expression characteristic of interferon-α(IFN-α)and interferon-γ(IFN-γ)in adenohypophysis of goat at different gestation periods. The adenohypophysis of goats in prophase, metaphase and anaphase of gestation period were made to slices respectively. Then immunochemistry SP method was used to investigate the distribution of IFN-α and IFN-γ positive cells in these adenohypophysis. IFN-α and IFN-γ positive cells were mainly located in the acidophilic cells, basicyte and chromophobe cells of adenohypophysis, and significant difference existed at different gestation periods. The distribution of IFN-α and IFN-γ ascended in prophase and anaphase of gestation period, but declined in metaphase. The relative expression quantity of IFN-γ positive cells was less than that of IFN-α during the whole gestation periods, especially in anaphase. The distribution and relative expression quantity of IFN-α and IFN-γ had significant difference in adenohypophysis of goat at different gestation periods. IFN-α and IFN-γ may regulate the reproduction function of goat through regulating the secretion of hypophyseal hormones alone or common.
