صينى. 摘 要:采用高压静电纺丝法制备柠檬酸酯化交联的玉米淀粉糖的纳米纤维。通过扫描电镜可以看出,该方法可直接获得具有较好结构的玉米淀粉糖纳米纤维。经过70℃的热处理后,纤维的刚性降低,韧性增强,形貌可长时间保持不变。红外光谱和X-射线粉末衍射显示,玉米淀粉糖与柠檬酸发生了酯化交联反应。从纤维直径分布图中可以看出,柠檬酸含量增加,纤维直径变小,纤维均匀程度有所提高。
اظهر المزيد [+] اقل [-]إنجليزي. Corn starch sugar (CSS) nanofibers were prepared by electrospinning method after it has been crosslinked with citric acid. The images of SEM showed that we had directly obtainned the fibers of CSS with excellent structure. After heating of 70℃ for these fibers, the rigidity decreases and the toughness increases, that could be maintained for long time. IR and XRD showed that esterify crosslink reaction occurs between CSS and citric acid. The histogram of the diameters for the prepared fibers shows that the scale of the fiber diamet-er is smaller and more uniform as the increasing of the content of citric acid in the fibers.
