صينى. [目的]通过添加微量元素促进平菇菌丝的生长,并富集和转化微量元素。[方法]采用固体平板和液体摇瓶培养的方法培养平菇,通过测定菌丝干重、胞内多糖、过氧化物酶活性和菌丝长势等研究Zn2+、Mn2+、Cu2+、Mo(VI)4种元素对平菇-126菌丝生长的影响。[结果]Mo(VI)在试验所选的4种浓度范围内都促进菌丝的伸长,其他3种元素对菌丝的日伸长有不同程度的抑制作用;培养基中添加20 mg/L Zn2+_能促进菌丝分枝生长,从而提高菌丝干重;4种微量元素的加入均提高胞外蛋白的含量,其提高幅度为Mn2+>Cu2+>Mo(VI)>Zn2+;除Cu2+外,其他3种微量元素在低浓度能提高发酵液过氧化物酶活性;平菇胞内多糖含量的高低与菌丝干重的量之间存在正相关性。[结论]低浓度微量元素能促进平菇菌丝的生长,高浓度则抑制平菇菌丝的生长。_

[Objective]The accumulation of micro_element and its transformation into the Pleurotus ostreatus hphal were researched through the experiment in its addition in medium affecting hphal growth. [Method]The Pleurotus ostreatus was cultured with two methods of solid medium in flat dish and liquid medium in shaking flask and the effect of 4 elements: Zn2+, Mn2+, Cu2+ and Mo(VI), on Pleurotus ostreatus variety_Pingu-126 hyphal growth was analyzed through the measurement of the dry weight of mycelium, intracellular polysaccharide, peroxidase activity and mycelium growing, etc. [Result]The Mo(VI) added in the medium with 4 concentrations all could promote hyphal elongation but other 3 kinds of trace element at any concentration would have the inhibition to hyphal growth at different degrees. The Zn2+ with the concentration of 20 mg/L supplemented in medium could promote the growth of hyphae branch, thereby, the mycelium dry weight was enhanced. The content of extracellular protein was all improved after the addition of 4 kinds of trace elements, which order of the increasing range was Mn2+ Cu2+ Mo(VI) Zn2+. Except Cu2+, the other three kinds of trace elements in low concentration could improve the activity of peroxidase in the fermentation broth. The content of the polysaccharide inside mushroom cells was positive correlation with the dry weight of hyphae. [Conclusion]The addition of the trace element with low concentration could promote the growth of _Pleurotus ostreatus _hyphal and high concentrations would inhibit its growth._
