Accidentes In Itinere graves y mortales en el sector agrario gallego en el período 2004-2010. Una comparativa con España y otros sectores productivos.

الأسبانية؛ قشتالية. En todos los sectores productivos los accidentes de trabajo In Itinere suponen un elevado costo para la sociedad, tanto a nivel económico como de vidas humanas. Dada la importancia del sector agrario en la comunidad gallega se decidió elaborar este estudio a partir de los partes de accidentes con baja In Itinere facilitados por el Instituto de Seguridad y Salud Gallego (ISSGA) y los datos estadísticos oficiales del Ministerio de Trabajo e Inmigración (MTIN). El objetivo es caracterizar los accidentes de trabajo In Itinere graves y mortales en el sector agrario gallego comparándolos con el resto de sectores tanto a nivel de Galicia como en España. El porcentaje de accidentes In Itinere en Galicia resultó ser ligeramente inferior al de España pero con porcentajes de accidentes graves y mortales superiores, siendo el 95,7% accidentes de tráfico. Estos accidentes son más frecuentes entre los varones con un contrato de trabajo de duración determinada, trabajadores cualificados por cuenta ajena en actividades forestales y asimilados o de peón forestal; en empresas de 10 a 49 empleados, con actividad principal la silvicultura, la explotación forestal y las actividades de servicios relacionados con las mismas, ocurriendo con mayor frecuencia los lunes y miércoles, a las 8 de la mañana.

إنجليزي. In all productive sectors, commuting (“in itinere”) accidents involve a high cost for the society both economically and of human lives. Owing to the importance of agriculture in Galicia, was decided to develop this study from commuting sick leave reports provided by the Health and Safety Galician Institute (ISSGA) and from official statistics of the Employment and Immigration Department (MTIN), to characterize serious and fatal commuting accidents in the agrarian sector and to compare them with other sectors both in Galicia and in Spain. The percentage of commuting accidents in Galicia was slightly lower than in Spain, although the rates of serious and fatal accidents were higher; 95.7% were traffic accidents. These accidents were more frequent in males, with fixed-term contracts and in qualified workers or forest laborers employed in forestry that worked for others. Companies used to have from 10 to 49 employees, worked in forestry or logging and the accidents tended to occur more frequently on Mondays and Wednesdays at 8 AM.
