Some epidemic rinderpest, was reported in Iran, that the neighbour countries were these sourses. Also some mucosal diseases with the same clinical signs to rinderpest are important and must be considered. Because they caused some difficulties in the controlling program for rinderpest. These diseases caused weakness, decresing in immune system and production in herd and creat high economic losses. The most important of rinderpest like mucosal diseases are BVD-MD, IBR and MCF. In collection of this guidance program, these diseases, would described and these situation in Iran and other countries and the problems and restriction of these controlling, would have pointed. After determining the strength, weakness, opportunity and threat points, they would analyzed by SWOT method and the related strategies would be introduced. In the last, the executive and research programs for controlling the viral agents caused rinderpest like mucosal diseases would be presented.
