Population increasing, induce the researchers to go toward the production and increasing yield. Barley is a crop, which has the most adaptation to draught and salinity within the cereals. Stared segregation genetic characteristics from F2. Because of high genetic variety, the genotype and segregating populations will be an importance source for breeding studies and new germplasm selection. This stage is one of the important stages of breeding of selfpolinat. In this stage, by controlling the genotypes one by one, families, and single plants inside them, the plant with superior agronomic characteristics are chosen. This choosing will be continue up to reaching to certifies purity. In this research four experiments (named F4 and F3 ) that contain 55, and 150 lines from herbed genotypes and segregating populations were studied, in dryland research station of Shirvan. Selection standards in this experiment were stand, day to flowering, day to maturity, plant height, yield kernel and yield component, resistance to disease and pest, resistance to drought and cold. At the end from all genotypes, 29 lines from F4 and 51 lines from F3 in compare with control ( Abidar barley) were selected. And selected lines were interred to next year experiments.
